Toon-Video

Depending on your needs you can use either Toon-Photo or Toon-Chat to process your video files. Toon-Chat can be setup to read from a video file and is very fast, but does not allow you to adjust the parameters of the cartooning process. The commercial version of Toon-Photo will allow you to process video and allows you to adjust the output to give you just the cartooning effect you need, but runs slower than Toon-Chat. The commercial versions cost $14.98 for Toon-Photo and $29.98 for Toon-Chat.
