Even if you have never drawn or painted before, ToonPAINT sets you up for quick success by providing a MagiSketch that you can simply color-in. It's as easy as "paint-by-numbers", but using your own personal images.

Unlike other photography apps, ToonPAINT is not just an image filter -- it's a smart-painting application that enables you to express your creativity and obtain compelling results without requiring you to take Art classes.

Simply import a photo, create an "automagic" sketch of the photo, color-in at your leisure, and you're done!

Features

	Import: Import pictures from your iPhone or iPod touch, or even take a snapshot with the iPhone's built-in camera.

	MagiSketch: State-of-the-Art image processing algorithms process your input image to create a customizable sketch, fully automatically. You can create many exciting effects just by adjusting the basic and advanced MagiSketch settings.

	Painting: You can color-in the MagiSketch by painting with your finger to create amazing images within minutes.

	Undo/Redo (New): Now you can shake the iPhone to undo/redo the latest paint-stroke. You can also access this feature through the "bomb" icon.

	Navigation: While you paint, you can pinch- zoom and pan to give you the most control over your painting.

	Help/Hints: New to painting? We've got your back! When you first use ToonPAINT, help screens instruct you about the functionality of the app. For more advanced users, we provide in-app hints and tips.

	Color Picking (New): In addition to the standard color picking (Rainbow picker), you can now pick from previous paint and from the source image.

	High-Res Save (New): We now support High-resolution saving, with a slightly longer saving time. High-res images can be uploaded to Facebook.

Usage Tips & Troubleshooting

We recommend you read all the quick-help screens in the app (they can be re-activated in the "Info-Menu"). The above video also covers all the basic aspects of typical ToonPAINT usage (V 1.0).

Undo We support UNDO/REDO since UDPATE 1.1.0. Just shake the device, or use the "Bomb" Icon. Note also that you can paint with "white" to effectively erase paint.

Color Selector You can change any of the color swatches by double tapping on them (even the white one!). You confirm a color selection by clicking inside the loupe. Since UPDATE 1.1.0 we support three color picker modes: Rainbow picker (similar to a color wheel); Pick Paint (pick colors that you've applied to the painting -- only works if you have started painting); Pick Source (pick colors from the source image as a reference).

Image Bottom We had a user say he couldn't paint on the lower part of the image. You can: Just hide the MagiSketch sliders or the Paint Palette by tapping either the MagiSketch Icon or the Palette Icon twice in a row.

Facebook upload In the past, you could not upload ToonPAINT images using the Facebook app (due to a problem with the Facebook app). Since UPDATE 1.1.0 you can now upload ToonPAINT images that are saved in High-Res mode!

Crash on Taking Snapshot In very rare occasions ToonPAINT could crash after taking a snapshot for import. This problem has been fixed in UPDATE 1.1.0
