If you are not satisfied with Toon-FX software purchased directly from Toon-FX, Inc. (Toon-FX.com), contact us within 30 days of your purchase to receive a refund. If your request is made more than 30 days after your initial purchase date, no refund will be issued unless the transaction was the subject of a fraudulent purchase.
Toon-FX does not accept returns for the following types of products: Not-for-resale (NFR), pirated, OEM bundled, tryout, or free-of-charge products or versions, Products or versions of products that Toon-FX no longer distributes or supports.
To return a software product contact Toon-FX Customer Service (CustomerService@Toon-FX.com) with the following information: The order number, Your name, The product you are returning, The serial number of the product, if applicable, The reason for the return, The purchase price before tax.
If you are issued a refund, it should appear on your credit card or Paypal statement within 48 hours. Upon receiving your refund, you must uninstall or stop using any software products for which you no longer posses a valid, purchased license. Toon-FX, Inc. reserves the right to disable any product keys and/or serial numbers issued to you for the refunded products.
