Toon-FX has collaborated This Is Not News Productions with to execute an experiment in graphic storytelling.

Cartoons have been around for a long time. They began as art panels in print that were supposed to make us laugh, and have since evolved into comic books, animated film, and more recently, the graphic novel, and web comics.

Now, with the constantly evolving nature of Internet technology, another opportunity for telling stories with cartoons has appeared. Toon-FX is a unique software model that allows anyone to convert photos and video into cartoon images. By using Toon-FX technology, This Is Not News Productions is telling stories with words and images through blogging, Facebook, and other social media outlets.

The cool thing about this new form of graphic storytelling is that anyone can do it. You can be a cartoon superhero, like Nemo Green, or a cartoon zombie, like Bunny Fungus. You can even turn your YouTube videos into cartoons, with no technical knowledge required.

MySpace and Facebook are cool, but they can get boring. Why not use them to create art and tell stories? Nemo, Bunny, and Raven are not fake people. They are characters, like those, you would find in any story, which let us explore other dimension of life, and of ourselves.
